Almost impossible to contact this clinic via phone. I have tried multiple times a day at various hours. I thought they may have their peak times. When attended the clinic i realised that they just let the phone ring out dispite having multiple people standing around by the phone.

My mother waited for 2 hours while she was in pain with her back. Went up to the receptionist ask how long till she is seen and was told there was 2 other people in front of her. Her appointment was at 12:40pm we walked out at 2:40pm. When the doctor call out your name half the time you can't hear them or understand them. It is absolutely disgusting the wait time.

Although this is a very busy surgery I am very satisfied with the level of service here. Dr Vignar has been my doctor since we moved here almost 3 years ago and has always been kind , courteous and professional. I am saddened to see so many bad reviews, the desk staff are under so much pressure I'm not surprised they snap on occasion. We are all human after all. The reason for the 4 stars not 5 is the wait for appointments, not the care provided.

I booked an early appointment to avoid delays due to the doctor running behind. My appointment was 8:40am and i arrived on time. Incredibly frustrating to have the doctor casually rock up to work at 8:55am, shut himself in his office for another 10mins, only to emerge and call in another patient (who had been waiting longer than me). I was finally seen at 9:20am with no apology. Absolute disrespect of all his patients' time, with no regard for anyone but himself. I absolutely will not be booking in to see him again.

Reception was amazing but the doctor...what a horrible experience. I started explaining I was there for severe stomach pain and nausea that I'd had for well over a week but before i could even finish he'd taken one look at my record and saw that I'm on antidepressants and started talking over me, telling me that the medication I was on for my mental health was not effective enough and that I needed to see a psychiatrist, completely dismissing the reason I was there. I pushed back that having a mental health issue was not the reason i was there and that it does not stop me from getting sick (I also pointed out that I haven't been to the doctors in the longest time and i wouldnt be there if i wasnt worried something was wrong). Well then he started yelling at me telling me i needed to find a different doctor and he didnt have to treat me. I was in tears by this stage saying i'm just really unwell and needed help. He told me i needed to go to the hospital, that stomach pain wasn't a GPs job and that he'd be putting on my file that I refused help or treatment. Absolutely disgusting being yelled at. I have depression i'm not clinically insane. Best hope nothing serious is wrong with my stomach. Last time this place refused to listen to my concerns for nearly 2 years my son was diagnosed with a brain tumour.

I had Phone appoint at 12.10 , as they never run on time I waited until 3.10 before ringing and asking them how much longer, you are next I was told rang again at 4.10 and was told Dr gone for the day? Not the first time this has happened, both times complained to practice manager and was told I would have to take it up with the Dr. She would however bring my dissatisfaction to Drs attention. Totally disgusted , unprofessional and unacceptable treatment. And of course I waited 3 weeks for the appointment!!!

Who on earth do the reception staff think they are! Rude and unhelpful. I needed a new script for BP which ran out in a week. Told sorry cant do for a week and half - go eslewhere. Problem is I've been getting my scripts from here for 5 years. Asked if I can get a script written & I'll collect. Nope you're last time here was 12 months ago. "Yeah to my script filled" She couldn't give a rip about my health. I would go elsewhere if I could find a GP in this wrecked health system!!
