Excellent service. I don't remember the last time I went to the doctors and actually got in to see the doctor before my appointment time. Very thorough and efficient.

Have the audacity of trying to charge a $50 cancellation fee for having to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances an hour before the appointment time, despite them NEVER being on-time themselves. My last appointment with them was 45 mins later than booked, without even an apology. Also, they wanted to charge $100 PER child that have the same minor issue and would have been seen at the same booking time. What a joke of a business.

After visiting the practice today I was thrilled to see so much information and support on display regarding breast cancer 🎀.
After fighting this myself I'm of the opinion the earlier the checks happen the better the information was plentiful Dr Ana is great and the reception team are very friendly Natalie & maria go above & beyond 😀 it's not easy to keep a smile on your dial when dealing with sickness and not so cheerful humans Each day
And the breast cancer 🎀 nurses are absolutely priceless N>

Arrived 10 minutes early but unfortunately several patients booked before me were delayed by road blocked due to traffic accident and I had to wait which wasn’t a problem. Staff, nurses and Dr’s are all lovely.
