My theatre staff were lovely and Dr Schulz was so caring. Unfortunately up in the ward. I waited 5 hours for pain relief. That is unacceptable. The night nurse was so much better than the day one. Sadly yesterday was a repeat of the trauma of last year when a doctor put a condition I didn't have on my file and withheld it for months not only to me but the day surgery staff. I got no help from the hospital testing for it. I had to do it at my cost even though it it was their mistake. I went in yesterday with anxiety I don't normally suffer caused by the mistreatment of me last year. I came in underpressure as they gave me no other choice . Still hoping I could get through coming back. That failed when I found they hadn't removed the false diagnosis of EBSL and tried to isolate me even though they had Sullivan and Nicola's proof I didn't have it. While there are some beautiful hero's here. The mistakes and negligence unfortunately are still happening way to often. Please address this concerning issue and all the very best to all of the staff who genuinely try their best against a very troubled health system.

My husbands brother died in this hospital last year. Upon one of our visit with him we found him all crumbled up at the bottom of the bed with his feet all squashed. I asked the nurse who was walking out of the ward if they would straighten him back up the bed and make him more comfortable. She replied NO!! She was hungry and was going to take her break. He was palative care and passed away one week later. Shame!!! Shame!!!

Hospital treats me like DOG WATER none of the doctors are helpful. NONE they just push me away ps I am a regular. The negligence and disrespext is just not on. These guys NEED to improve otherwise the hospital will undergo SERIOUS consequences

From the 000 call to leaving the hospital to go home was total 3 hours. Excellent paramedics Darcy & Cameron. Prompt triage department, the nurse, doctor, xray department. All brilliant. Well done Qld Health.

The staff are friendly and willing to help , even the emergency staff, we're lost and can't find the room that we're looking for. Nurses and staff are wonderful they're very helpful. The hospital are very clean.

Always had really lovely patient nurses and doctors when I’ve had to attend both through emergency and standard follow up care. Caring and helpful and I’ve always appreciated how fast they get kids through. They seem to fall behind with the follow up calls.

1300 arrived in emergency taken through to a bed out the back and told person would be admitted.
0120 still sitting out the back of emergency we have been approached twice in that time I have needed to find someone for any updates on the bed situation
But what I don't understand is if there is NO bed available after an hour of arriving why would there be a bed at 130am in the morning

Well done to the hospital. From the admission to the nurses and doctors at the day hospital ( surgery ), everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you to the nurses who took care of me before and after the surgery. You really rock. Thanks to the surgeon who made sure beforehand, to get the information he needed, since he couldn’t access my health information online and didn’t have information from my doctor (Queensland gov. You could do better here. If those information are available in my health, why isn’t this accessible for all health professionals?).
