We were able to visit the very busy practice last Wednesday. The receptionists were understanding and very helpful. They gave us an emergency appointment on the same day with the nurse practitioner Carroll. What an amazing outcome! Her knowledge and expertise were fabulous and an anxious issue was calmed by her personable manner and lovely smile. Thank you Allora Medical Practice and a big thank you to Carroll. My daughter is on the mend.

Incredibly grateful to have a wonderful medical centre in our community. The reception staff are always smiling and friendly and do their very best to accommodate appointment needs. The doctors & nursing staff are lovely and always welcoming. I find it so easy and no stress going in to this practice. Dr Ellie removed a lump from my leg which was done with great skill and filled the room with fun and humour, great experience. I saw Dr Clare recently and as usual was treated as if she was talking to a long lost friend. My family and I have been patients of the Allora Medical Practice for going on 2 years now. Dr Claire & the team go above and beyond to provide a high level of care in both a professional and personal manner. What sets this practice apart from the rest is the personal service and attention – you are not just a number and their genuine care and concern for your wellbeing is evident from the outset.

Dr Claire's holistic approach to health care is second to none. She will leave no stone unturned and is genuinely invested in your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health. We have seen a number of the doctors at the practice and used many of the services provided there – health nurses, blood collection and physio (to name a few) and can recommend them all. It is incredible to have so many medical resources/services at our fingertips and under one roof.

Such a positive experience at Allora Medical centre.
Dr Schmidt and the entire team and Allora Medical centre are always professional, courteous and thoroughly dedicated to the well being of their patients. Dr Schmidt is the consummate professional, who has always been there to support us through every medical journey with the ups and the downs. Her skills in active listening, performing a proper work up, establishing a rapid diagnosis are second to none. She is also a very bright, professional and caring GP that runs a very professional practice.

Went in for the first time, greeted by lovely reception/admin staff. Saw Dr Laura Schotte, she was really great, able to help me with everything I needed. Super friendly and personable staff and relaxing practice. I have moved all my records to them now and very happy to say they are my new practice. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Cannot sing their praises enough!
