I booked a full body massage, highlighted the points of pain on the diagram I was provided at check in time. Paid in cash for the full body massage with oil, which had me $76 out of pocket.
Masseur spent her entire time on my back & arms. After some time (as I didn’t know how long I was there) I asked “aren’t you going to do my legs?” She responded “you have to go outside and sit on the seats to have your legs done”. Clearly the receptionist did not pass on what treatment I had paid for.
After the hour was up I raised the issue immediately with the fellow at the counter. Due to the lack of English spoken by the Manager, I was unable to come to a resolution. I explained as best as possible & she said she would speak to her superior.
I received a text message the next saying they didn’t do anything wrong.
Not good enough. Will never go back. Very disappointing outcome.

Foot massage was very poor by the young girl 65$ for a foot rub and toe twist.. no real massage done / care for helping customers pain relief

I have been going to them ever since they opened. Actually followed the same group of masseuses from their old store to this current one now, so technically I have been their loyal customer for nearly ten years.

Every time I have gone, they have provided me with excellent service and the massage I needed. Especially when I was pregnant, they knew how to cater the massage process to suit me.

Have been recommending them to family and friends, and all of them are now also loyal customers!

Highly recommend this place.

As I have travelled interstate needing a little relief after truck sitting I decided I would use some of my health fund.
1st they attempted to take funds at beginning telling me system down, I advised them to try again after service.
Although this did work their massage person's skill did not.
I now find myself In bruising pain all over my back and neck and not looking forward to my continued driving ahead. And now in need to seek services of someone who knows what they are doing. Not someone who barely can communicate in English leaving customers bruised and battered.
Save your money don't waste it here!
