Lloyd did a fantastic job doing the heel prick test with my newborn. He was kind and considerate and took his time and ensured the process was accurate and fast. Bub didn't cry at all. So grateful to Llyod and Ashley for looking after us on the day. So glad this pathology is close by and is my go to for all my blood tests.

Got my blood taken by a lovely lady named Ashleigh under the instruction of Lloyd, they were both very pleasant and friendly. Ashleigh did a great job and would highly recommend going to see either her or Lloyd, if you can.

My go to place for getting blood tests now. I’ve always been afraid of them but Lloyd makes the experience calm and gentle, you don’t even feel it! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for looking after me

I visited this pathology today, and the staff were really great. I get faint when having blood tests, so they took me to lie down and were very accommodating. I hardly felt the needle—overall, 5 stars! Will visit again 🙂

I didn't catch her name but the phlebotomist who collected my blood today around 11am was fantastic. Just last week there were issues with collecting 2 tubes of blood (at another practice) and they had to try another arm. She however, managed to get 4 tubes of blood out of the same arm under 2 minutes. The whole process was smooth and fairly painless. Which was amazing considering I was dehydrated.

Best blood test ever & no pain at all! Got there around 12noon there was no one there waiting. The male pathologist who helped me was super friendly & so efficient. Normally my veins are harder to find & some pathologist struggle getting blood out but not him, asked me which arm I wanted, I said left arm since I’m a rightie & he spotted a vein straight away said no trouble at all & it was all over and done with so fast didn’t even feel a thing! 😁👍🏼 Highly recommend and my sister also said the same thing for her blood test too, thanks very much!
