I'd had a really bad day and visiting Merse made it 100% better. From the booking and facilities everything was perfect. I called up Tenile from the Virginia branch and she made booking an absolute breeze. When I arrived she was so thoughtful and kind. Making sure all my questions were answered and giving a wonderful overview of the facilities. Whatever she's getting paid, she should get paid more. The customer service was honestly just phenomenal. I highly recommend that you go here if you need to relax, heal or have a good time! Thank you for looking after me!

Gorgeous place. Worth it for recovery and relaxation. Provide water and tea. Be mindful that the change rooms are unisex but there are closed closets for you too. The shower gel is cheap and could be nicer. Kind of doesn’t match the high quality vibe. Saunas are great but would be nice to have no music inside saunas as you really want to deeply relax and concentrate. Overall I would return 🙂

Absolutely love the MERSE brand and cant wait to visit more facilities! The Virginia Merse Location is absolutely stunning and has all of your wellness needs under the one roof. The staff were so helpful, the facility was clean and beautiful and felt so luxurious. I did an immerse yourself session here and absolutely loved it! Will be looking into membership 🙂

Absolutely terrible customer service. I wouldn't normally write a review, but I can't believe it has taken a month to even begin the cancellation process. I have been trying to contact this gym for weeks on end to get a single cancellation form. I even went to the trouble of reading out my email address several times, as the receptionist mentioned she might have misheard it. Now I'm having to go into the gym physically to ask for the form. The staff mentioned that it can only be done by a manager, and that she has tried to contact her manager multiple times to inform her of my cancellation. I was told to wait, as they "might have a lot on their plate right now."

When I went into the gym to talk to the same receptionist I'd been dealing with for the past month, she couldn't give me her manager's details. She asked me to wait in the waiting room and assured me that she had messaged her manager, who she claimed responds quickly to texts.

This is completely disappointing and has genuinely put me off the gym. It's incredibly unprofessional a terrible sales tactic and feels like a scam.

Love that they have several tubs with different temperatures. Facility is clean and nice. There’s body wash, skin care products and even hair dryer with iron! I really can visit without packing hassle. However, I found hot bath temperature here was a bit too cool compared to other bathhouses. There’s 3 tubs of 38 degrees - why don’t you make them different temp eg. 38 to 40 degree? Not sure I’ll come back as I feel something’s missing for this. But anyone who doesn’t like hot temperature would love here.
