Would not recommend.
Paid for 3 x sessions (sauna inclusive) given the number of positive feedbacks online. However, upon arrival I was not explained the process which made the experience uncomfortable. In my opinion since I was their last client of the day the visit was rushed and was told time ran out in the middle of the process. Website indicates it is approximately 1 hour per session, however after 30 mins from arrival I was told to get changed. At the end no positive results, no sauna included and was told to book my next appointment as soon as possible. Requested for refund as I was not satisfied with the service provided even with the first visit. Refund provided for the remaining 2 visits.
Had previous colonics in other clinics and it was a total completely different experience.

Booked a last minute app and was unable to attend due to a health flare up - chronic exhaustion and was not safe to drive. Was charged a cancellation fee. As a new client with a genuine health challenge, that had only just booked the app last minute this seems like they don’t have much care for clients. Disappointing initial experience. Lost what would have been a repeat customer.
