I have been over due for a massage for weeks and found Sofia’s Wellness. Best choice I have made in ages from the moment I walked in the receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and Sofia was super knowledgeable and listen to what my concerns were and tailored my massage for it! One of the best remedial massages I've ever had. Sofia really knows her stuff and applies/shares her knowledge to really help any discomfort and concern. Both Sofia and Lucy on reception are so kind, welcoming and helpful. The space is absolutely beautiful and instantly relaxes you as you walk in. The vibe and energy is calming, kind and relaxing. My husband and I have been going for a few months now and we could not recommend more!

Sofia is very professional, friendly, easy to communicate with and makes me feel at ease. Very relaxing atmosphere. I have seen Sofia a number of times now and am very happy with the results. She has been able to relieve my muscle pain and has quickly grown to know my trigger points for effective relief.
