I highly recommend Muscle Wellness Clinic at Tarragindi to anyone looking for a solution to fix common musculoskeletal issues. I don't pretend to fully understand the science behind Louise's approach to fixing (and preventing further) aches and pains, but I do know IT WORKS!
It's a technique that helps you correct imbalances in your posture so that your body can fix itself - and with long-term benefits so long as you keep doing the simple little exercises she prescribes. Louise (@ Muscle Wellness Clinic) is the reason my body feels in better shape now at the age of 62 than at any time since my teens.
