Such empathetic lovely staff! I had my first Colonic cleanse which was quite emotional and tough, but Natalie was amazing, so kind and really helped me get through it. It’s a well put together place with a nice private room for the cleanse. I’ve now had my 4th session and it’s amazing, highly recommend.

I have just finished my FIRST ever Colon Hydrotherapy session today and the young woman that was there today ( I am so sorry, I forgot your name) was nothing but welcoming full of knowledge and made me feel really comfortable. She made me feel at ease and was by my side throughout the whole process. Could not only recommend this service enough but also Wellness@Wilston. I’ve never been a huge fan of saunas, mostly because my only experiences were with steam saunas, which left me feeling lightheaded or struggling to breathe after just 10 minutes.

But this was completely different!

The dry heat was much more manageable, like a super hot Brisbane summer day—but without the stifling humidity. It took about 13 minutes for me to start sweating, but once I did, I could feel the sweat working to detox my body.

Overall, I loved the experience and will definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about Wellness @ Wilston. My recent visit was like a breath of fresh air for both my body and mind. Each service I experienced exceeded my expectations:

Colonic Therapy: The team made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. I left feeling lighter and more energised - definitely something I’ll be adding to my health reset routine!
Cryotherapy: I have so much joint pain and inflammation going in, but after just a few minutes in the cryotherapy chamber, I felt a noticeable difference. The cold was not as intense as I thought it would be, but the results were absolutely worth it, I am looking forward to including this on a regular schedule.
DNA Resonance Signalling: This was a true highlight. The science behind this therapy is fascinating, and the deep relaxation it provides is unlike anything I’ve ever felt. I could almost feel my body healing from within…..
The staff is kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. They really take the time to listen to your needs and guide you through each service. And the clinic itself? Clean, Serene, and Welcoming - it’s the perfect place to unwind and take care of yourself.

This is Brisbane’s Best Wellness Clinic!!
I had my first colonic ever in May and was honestly so nervous before the appointment. The nerves relaxed instantly though with Anna guiding me through. The process is simple, private, and EFFECTIVE!!

I’ve always had gut and immune issues, alongside a plethora of other chronic problems like fatigue and brain fog.
It feels like colonics and the Wellness @ Wilston Internal Shred protocol cured me!!

I have never felt better.

I’ve also tried the newest treatment here - DNA Resonance Signalling, and wow. Not only is it an instantly relaxing experience, I walked into my session feeling run down with a head cold, and walked out feeling vibrant and full of energy.
