Please go to any other Sonic clinic and avoid this one. The Dr. I had seen wanted information from my regular Dr., with a comprehensive break down and the affects of a medication that I was not even on. Nearly a 3 hr visit for works requiring not more than an hour consult. Questions from the Dr. never encountered by any other Dr. ever, about the most random and unrelated rubbish. It's a fitness for work medical. Not a day by day blow of the last 50 years of your life. A receptionist rang me just now to question something. What I still do not know. As it seemed that stringing a sentence together was far beyond her ability. The entire practice was very second rate. Never again. And if a perspective employer organised an appointment there. Request a change of clinic. My perspective employer made an alternate appointment. I was in and out, everything passed, including a drug screen non negative. And with a hitch. Many of my mining medicals are performed by Sonic HealthPlus. But never again in the Brisbane CBD.

Go to any other place besides this one, waited 3 hours for my appointment! Staff were not apologetic at all. I would rate this lower then a 1 star if I could

Not a very professional or pleasant experience. Turned up at the appointment time and took almost 40 minutes past before I was called. The clinic doctor wanted to know personal details which was well over the scope of the examination. Even the manner in which the doctor presented was very curt. He took a personal call and was speaking in Chinese for almost 10 minutes while I waited in his room. On advise I went and got evaluated in another clinic due to travel deadlines and after that evaluation, I then realised how this clinic makes a mountain of a molehill out of non issues.

Avoid at all costs. They held me there for 5 hours to do a simple physical and doctor appointment. The front desk gossip and have no idea how to do their job, my paperwork likely is going to get lost. You're just an annoyance to their day and if you don’t speak up you’ll get lost in the process of going back, waiting room, going back. Unfortunately I had a referral and had to go here but back out and go somewhere else if you have the choice.

Only put 1 star because I couldn't put zero!!! This is an absolutely ridiculous practice where you wait over 45min for a 5min booster. There's no update unless you ask and get told "don't know". My medical took over 4.5hr considering the delay... I have never seen a place so disorganised and would never come back if I had a choice. People are nice tho, good professionals.

I have had three separate appointments for standard pre travel health inoculations etc. They kept me waiting each time - the longest wait was just over 45 minutes.

The shortest was 25 minutes and counting (am here now - from a 9:10 am appointment). No explanations. How do you run this late first thing in the morning?

Unless you have a lot of time to waste - I wouldn’t recommend.

Don't bother drinking heaps of water for a drug and alcohol test, wait until you get here because it's a long wait time. I need to pee so bad, and they won't tell me how long left 😩 it's 3.20pm I've been here since 2.15pm.

I attended this practice to get a medical assessment done for my university degree. I walked in and was greeted by one receptionist who seemed friendly. I then waited for about 10 minutes for the Exercise Physiologist to take me in for a quick screening test. This person was very rude. I didn't even get his name because he said it as he proceeded to walk off and not wait for me. He continued to tell me what he was going to do with his back to me and when we got into the room he did not make any contact, didn't really let me speak and was just overall rude. After my interaction with the person and then was told to wait to see the doctor this took 30minutes, however i was the only person waiting. When i finally got to see the doctor he was a little friendlier however still didn't catch his name as he was talking to me with his back to me. Finally as i was leaving the reception staff had to finalise everything and while doing this, no eye contact, they were talking amongst each like i wasn't even there. Overall my experience here was very underwhelming and i will not be returning anytime soon.
