Amazing hospital I went in for an endoscopy and colonoscopy all staff from the receptionist, nurse, dr to anaesthetist were friendly, respectful and treated everyone with dignity
Both the surgeon and anaesthetist were detailed in explaining the process bot pre and post procedure
I would highly recommend this brand new day hospital

The staff at Spring Hill Specialist Day Hospital are absolutely exceptional. From the first experience, to the final, I was greeted by kind and compassionate people. It can't be easy to remain friendly and caring when working in a high pressure environment, but they made it seem effortless and genuine. All the staff deserve to be recognised for their patient care, and their ability to make patients comfortable during what could be a stressful time for them.

I was recently a patient and cannot believe how well I was taken care of. The nurses who looked after me whilst I was in recovery were absolutely lovely and made me feel safe.
I was given heated blankets (oh my amazing), plenty of food and a pretty good cuppa tea. Thank you so much for your support, I really appreciate it.

From my first contact with reception staff/ nurses that day before my procedure to make sure they wasn’t any questions I needed to ask etc and to ensure I was aware of check in time etc amazing and pleasant phone manner. On day of procedure I arrive and waited to see nurse for a short amount of time. The process got rolling quickly. A lovely pre op waiting area with recliners and foot stools, with tv etc. post op the nurses were very caring and helpful. Definately a great experience at Spring Hill Day hospital.
