Dr. Khan is an exceptional healthcare provider who has been looking after me and my family for many years. His expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach to patient care make him stand out. Over the years, I’ve recommended him to numerous friends and family, and they all hold him in the highest regard. Dr. Khan's professionalism, kindness, and unwavering commitment to his patients have earned him my complete trust and respect. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hosseini at Healthcare Doctors, Indooroopilly. My daughter was in pain due to an ear issue, and instead of showing any empathy or understanding, the doctor was incredibly impatient and dismissive. A doctor’s job is not only to treat the physical condition but also to provide compassion and reassurance—especially when dealing with children. Unfortunately, Dr. Hossenini failed in both aspects.

I strongly believe that kindness and a caring demeanor are fundamental qualities for any medical professional, and this experience
made me question whether such individuals should be in practice. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a compassionate and patient-focused experience.

The doctors here are all very good, except for the reception staff.

Today, we visited this place to see a doctor and waited for about 20 minutes.
We went to the reception to ask if the doctor was available. The reception lady replied that the doctor was working.Two minutes later, the doctor came out and called us in.

After we finished seeing the doctor and went to the pharmacy to get our medication,
the reception lady rushed in and told us that other patients had been waiting for 30 minutes.

She said there was no need to ask such questions if we had only waited for 20 minutes and that we shouldn’t ask the same questions next time. But at the time, we were simply asking if the doctor was available and how long we would need to wait, and we were very polite.

It seems the reception lady was quite upset about us asking the simple questions.

Since we arrived in Bris a few months ago, we have been attending the Healthcare Doctors Clinic in Indooroopilly, and we’ve been very happy with the attention we’ve received from Dr Abraham. Dr Abraham is a caring and thorough doctor, with a calm and reassuring “bedside” manner.

The surgery is spotlessly clean and tidy, with ample seats in the waiting room, and a well provisioned patients toilet inside. There’s usually easy parking in the little parking area just outside the surgery.

We generally book ahead and that always works well for us because we’ve never had to wait long to see the doctor.

This surgery bulk bills, and there’s no cost to you (only to the taxpayer!) if you have your Medicare card.

I have found the reception staff at this practice efficient, courteous and accommodating. The premises are spacious and clean. In several years of seeing Dr Hosseini I have found him to be personable, approachable, diligent, and very caring. On occasions I have seen Dr Khan and Dr Hafeez, and have also found them to be diligent and competent. The only issue is that sometimes parking is difficult.

Easy accessible location a very diverse group of doctors and medical staff I have to say the staff are very friendly and helpful as much as possible to be honest I’m not sure about their bulk bill system and how it works cause I have been charged for visiting a doctor even though I do have Medicare appointments are usually right on time the clinic is wheelchair accessible and it is usually easy to book an appointment

GPs at Healthcare Doctors are very thoughtful and caring especially Dr.Epa and Dr. Khan. The premise is very clean.
But during my visit, I encountered a situation where the receptionist I interacted with spoke to me in a manner that I felt was rude and unprofessional. I was surprised by the tone and lack of courtesy in the communication.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that improvements can be made to ensure better experiences for future patients.
