So very different from other JSAs. I feel like an individual with my needs taken into account instead of being made to conform to a one size fits all system. Friendly and accommodating staff, willing to change appointments according to my needs. Would 100%. recommend Breakthru over any other JSA. As of July 2024 I now work for breakthru
