Very poor experience. Went in with a sore ankle. Initial consult seemed to go well.

That’s where it ended. Was advised exercises would be emailed out…followed up after not receiving anything after a few days. Once received, exercises made the ankle worse.

Next appointment was cancelled by Lawrence - I rescheduled to a week later (earliest availability) only to have this cancelled again.

Was convinced in the first visit that orthotics were required, laying down a decent deposit.

After cancellations, I sourced an alternate provider who diagnosed that orthotics were not necessary and the prescribed exercises were contributing to the pain. My ailment was corrected by them through massage, stretches and taping from the new provider.

Reported back to The Feet People to be advised that “it’s unfortunate and they couldn’t refund the unnecessary orthotics”.

Very poor experience…only interested in prescribing orthotics/upsell and no genuine concern for patients.

Without a doubt, the best podiatrist I've been to. Lawrence is very thorough and quickly remedied the mess caused by another podiatrist which was causing considerable pain. Highly recommended!
