EDIT: The Optometrist gave me an incorrect script. I now have to get my 2 new pairs of glasses redone with the correct script provided by another optometrist. The TUH Health Hub experience has been a complete shambles from start to finish.
The one star is for the incorrect script (can’t give zero but would if I could) AND for the dispenser.
I won’t ever go back there.
EDIT UPDATE thanks for your response, your apparent sincerity is much appreciated but your response is unfortunately useless. Certainly no outcomes for me in terms of a response from the actual manager, who was made aware of the situation at the time and appeared completely disinterested in the experience of a customer. However, a good outcome for me overall as I have now been to Specsavers and have a correct script and 3 new pairs of glasses. They even fixed the glasses that had been made using YOUR INCORRECT SCRIPT.
I have been extremely happy with their good service and prices (and correct script lol!) So, no, there will be no next time for me at the Health Hub, as I said, a good outcome for me.

I have never had a bad experience here. This place is just awesome, every health practitioner is just fantastic. I have had dental, optical and physio here and all have been just so helpful, friendly and compassionate. 10/10 would recommend

Have been coming here for more than ten years and was pleasantly surprised by the renovations. The dentist and nurses are great. Always professional and friendly. Wanted to whiten my teeth, but a deep clean and polish of my old fillings did the trick. Didn't have to spend any money for good advice and saved a packet. Also picked up new glasses for my son's wedding, the dispenser was helpful. Everyone has complemented me on the the cool new look.

Have used their dental, optical and massage. Great range of glasses with optical staff that know their stuff. Great massage therapists for every need.. Terry and Chris are amazing and have helped a lot with my lower back pain. Great service from front counter staff too.
