I recently had a procedure at the Newstead clinic with Dr. D and his assistant, Kasey, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My procedure with Dr D was efficient and relatively painless. The care that I received during and after the procedure was of the highest standard. I was absolutely astonished that Dr sent me a personal message the next day to check in. Not an AI message - a real personal message. I think a lot of specialists could learn a few things about how to deliver a great customer experience by following Dr D's approach. Almost worth having this done just to see what great patient care really looks like. Highly recommend.

Dr D’s bedside manner before (all questions answered) and during (conversation to divert attention proceeding) the procedure were top shelf, and Kasey’s pre and post care saw me charging out the door confident (albeit somewhat gingerly) of what the next steps were. The entire experience was relaxing, painless and comfortable. Dr D was exceptionally quick and efficient while remaining engaging and interested. Kasey explained everything required post-op, and I even have a new stubby holder to celebrate my infertility!
