A little Disappointed with the wait times - always running behind 30 plus minutes which is difficult when booking an appointment when working. Parking and access to site is a big plus and Dr. Prasad absolutely lovely and very thorough. The last consultation was quite long and had to go through medical history which surprised me as have been a patient for 50plus years and would have thought all this history would be on file?

Everyone is super friendly from the doctors, Nurses and reception staff. The young nurse has a wonderful warm manner about her and always has a huge smile on her face. Dr Prasart it very thorough and I completely trust her with my health

I went hear 10 years ago, and checked the reviews before returning. The reviews honestly put me off, but I went for familiarity.

I can confirm, the reception staff, nurses (Simon) and Dr Valentine, were amazing. They were beyond excellent. More than friendly, good conversation, put my nerves at ease (and I had a lot riding on today).

I can’t speak for others, but I strongly suggest you book and make your own mind up. The reviews honestly don’t do this place justice.
