Extremely happy with the friendly professional services I receive, have been a patient here for 10 yrs, have always received a friendly service, receptionist make me feel part of a family. Doctors bother to notify me if results worry them, I have no interest in seeking any other practice, Fraser shores medical centre is clean, comfortably air-conditioned.

My family and I have had a great experience here. We have seen Dr. Amir and Dr. Ben with great experiences.

Reception staff have good communication especially if they anticipate longer wait times- which is the only let down on occasion.

Dr. Amir is very kind and thorough. He has been great with my toddler and I. Happy we joined this practice since moving to Hervey Bay.

If I could rate a zero - I would. My mother is diabetic and left town forgetting her insulin needles and has been calling for FOUR DAYS attempting to speak to a doctor and get a script and reception have been absolutely zero help. They have been rude and dismissive of a potentially life threatening situation. Shame on you!

In my experience, very long wait times in the waiting room compared to other GP's I have used in Hervey Bay. Some appoints have been 1- 2 hrs late.
Nice presentation. Nice doctors. Lift your game in overbooking and you would probably have a great review rating.
If Overbooking as a policy be aware it wastes the time of every patient affected and causes other flow on issues to patients, their carers, their workplaces etc...

Have never had any issues at this practice other than long wait times. Doctors that I have been treated by have been lovely and professional (Dr Flor and Dr Ben). Receptionists are understandably under the pump but always manage to have a welcoming smile and have always been lovely over the phone when I have called with questions.

3 different doctors seen can't seem to get a appointment with a regular one as they leave. No bulk billing have to pay for appointments to just get test results each time, As per doctor wanting to discuss this with you like we can all afford to go back every week. Receptionist aren't the friendliest. Will be finding a new doctor.
