Avoid! Approach with caution especially if you are a trauma victim. The person I saw didn’t apply the trauma informed framework which it could be argued is extremely unethical. The report given was highly damaging and very inaccurate to the point it caused extreme emotional distress and I had to use Ryan’s law and ask for a 2nd opinion.
I definitely urge trauma victims to question their practitioners over why they are not applying trauma informed frameworks. They shouldn’t be probing and pushing their customers to make disclosures they are uncomfortable with because that is unethical. Again, avoid if you are a trauma victim!

‼️ AVOID ‼️ Inaccurate diagnostic report, incompetent clinicians and refusal to take accountability.
They called me a “high-functioning” Autistic person despite noting in my report that my quality of life is extremely low in all areas and described debilitating meltdowns where I held my breath to the point of fainting due to emotional distress. (I can only assume this statement was made due to my ability to mask and a high-IQ.)
They stated they were unable to diagnose C-PTSD as it didn’t exist and that “C-PTSD is just BPD and PTSD combined” which is absurd, outdated and treating clinicians should be aware C-PTSD is in the ISD-11 created by the World Heath Organisation.
Four clinicians were involved in the creation or signed off on this diagnostic report (including the director) and yet there was blatantly false information in the report. Among other things, they stated my OCD and chronic illness developed recently (at 27 yrs old)…these conditions have been present since early childhood and I asked them to correct this on multiple occasions.
They did not follow DSM-TR-5 criteria and failed to satisfactorily justify their diagnostic opinion. I tried extensively to correct this report, citing scientific articles and diagnostic criteria to justify my concerns and was repeatedly dismissed.
I spent only 3 hours in front of a clinician (despite their website stating diagnostic procedure typically takes 4-8hrs) and underwent minimal written assessment. This did not stop them charging NDIS roughly $4000. Disgraceful and I will be taking this further to the OHO, AHPRA and ACCC as soon as I’m able.

Terrible experience.

Booked with Lucy Kennedy who I had previously seen at the start of January. I was told I would need to wait until March, which was fine. Was informed in February that due to a diary change they needed to be rebooked but that was ok.

Phone call today at the end of Feb to be told that Lucy doesn't feel she can help me without any provision of an explanation as to why and when I asked for one I was told "that's not going to happen" and was then accused of lying about when the appointments were originally booked.

Very frustrating to have waited so long for nothing and a pretty unpleasant way of dealing with people. Fine if she didn't want to continue our sessions but have the decency to give me a call or write to me to explain why.

I have been seeing Sascha for years and have been able to navigate through incredibly unpredictable and rapidly changing external environments thanks to Sascha’s whole human, multi-discipline approach to therapy. Different methods and tools over the years to helped me identify my triggers, reactions & behaviours … reflecting on, feeling into and applying more growth focused, healthy responses. Always a journey, and never linear of course, but the work we have done together is sticking and I am grateful for it.

Spent over $2k for a full day session to find out what was wrong with me, only to be patronised and rushed out. The receptionist said it was a record for the shortest session ever, and I received a report to say I was full of it, after divulging issues I'd never had the courage to speak to anyone about. Now on top of those problems, I think about how embarrassing this session was every single day, it makes my stomach sick. Please don't go here if you need mental help, it could be the final humiliating straw.

Professional staff excellent! I now have two (2) family members who have been to see these folks (different psychologists in this office) and both have said that very practical down to earth advice is given. No judgement, caring disposition and advice beyond the consultation. GJ guys!
Edit: not cheap, but of a Very high standard. What is your health worth? Get a real professional, not a cheapie.

Rang to book ongoing appointments to be told by receptionist that the practice is no longer
seeing NDIS clients. When I asked why, the receptionist stated that they can charge more as the NDIS price is less. Disappointing that mental health supports are all about the money.
