The reception staff, clinic nurse and Dr Deborah Russell are absolutely excellent. By far one of the most standout experiences I’ve had with a GP clinic. Dr Russell is skilled, warm and an excellent GP especially for IUD procedure. Highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr Ho for about 7 years and she is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She is very competent and knowledgeable. I’ve noticed she is quite compassionate, and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. When I have to see other GP’s I generally don’t look forward to it because they pale in comparison. The receptionists here at this clinic are also nice to deal with

Dr Ho is one of the nicest doctors I have seen in a long time. So genuine and gentle. Very caring and listens to what you say. I wish she could see her more often but she’s only there on Fridays.

Made the appt late at night and got in straight away. Dr Russell was on time and spent a generous amount of time with me unlike some Drs who like you in and out quickly. Dr Russell also explaiend everything really well. The nurse was super friendly and helpful.

I see either Dr Renu or Dr Russel and I always have great service and results. Thinking outside the box for problem resolution and asking the questions to get the answers needed.
Reception staff is always friendly and helpful.
Over 20 years a patient and would not go anywhere else.

Dr Renu was lovely as she always is. The Nurse who gave my mum her RSV vaccine was also lovely. Patient is Kay Peachey. Very happy to have great doctors who care about their patients. ☺️
