I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this clinic after a year. They seem more focused on scheduling unnecessary appointments than providing efficient care. Despite having a bulged disc and requesting a physiotherapy referral, the doctor insisted on another appointment for an assessment by a nurse, which felt like an unnecessary attempt to generate revenue.

Ironically, the same doctor had previously given me a specialist referral for the knee issue where I provided input for my back condition, so they were already aware of my condition. The constant back-and-forth is frustrating and feels exploitative.

The only redeeming aspect of this clinic is Dr. Smith, who was professional and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience left a sour taste, and I decided never to return, despite my trust in Dr. Smith’s expertise.

I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking timely and efficient medical care.

This was my first visit to Hamilton Harbour Medical Centre and what a lovely doctor and I didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment. She was so kind, caring and very easy to talk to. It was also much more affordable than all the Medical Centres in New Farm which I was going to. Thank you 🤗

From making the appointment to visiting with Dr Vure, my latest experience was excellent. This medical centre has always provided excellent doctors over the 8+ years my family and I have been registered with them. The varying specialists at the clinic mean I haven't had to go an external provider which is super convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this medical centre.

Can't review as nothing to review. Turned up within hours. No sign of life and no reasons posted as to why. 24/7 on the sign, opening hours posted a week but locked solid. Waste of travelling time.
