As a patient new to the clinic, my first appointment was not satisfactory. I provided the medical data requested for the appointment I had booked and was aware that the clinic charged a higher fee for a new patient's appointment. On this basis, I anticipated a thorough hearing from the doctor. Instead, when I told the doctor that I had 3 concerns, the doctor responded that I needed to choose 1 concern that would be addressed. I queried this to be told, 'that is practice policy'. Thus I proceeded with one concern. During this consultation, it became quite clear that the doctor had not read/retained details I had submitted in advance. As our time consulting had been brief, this, I asked if another concern might be addressed. I went on to show the doctor a potential skin cancer on my face. The doctor viewed it under sufferance indecisively and dismissed it. This matter is currently subject to further investigation. I will report any data of relevance to you. After this did not broach the remaining concern (a repeat of a regular prescription).
I told the doctor that the practice policy was wrong.
1. Patients should be advised on booking on any restriction a practice imposes on appointments.
2. Additional fees for new patients should be reflected in the actual service provided.
3. In this instance, the manner in which your practice functioned was unprofessional and unethical as matters of immediate importance to patient health could be sidelined or overlooked.
In all honesty, I cannot recommend your practice on the basis of this experience. It is unlikely that I will consult a practitioner at your practice again. Despite having already paid your already having paid your 'new patient' fee, I will most probably go elsewhere.

At last I have found a doctor who you can talk to and who is really interested in solving a health issue once & for all. Waiting time was minimal. I would recommend the Doctor who I saw at Jema clinic to anyone wanting to get to the bottom of any particular health concern.

Dr Ryan is the doctor that I’ve always wanted but never had. He listens and has a discussion with the patient rather than the all too often “I’m the doctor, I know better” attitude. Together we started the making of a total health plan for me so that I can finally get the help and results that I’ve been hoping for!

The reception ladies are awesome and really do go above and beyond to get what needs to be done.

As support worker i have constant communication with them and they are so helpful to accommodate request.

Francine and Dr Ogiji do a marvellous job in particular within this clinic.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted in this Surgery.
First i recently attend a regular appointment with my GP for ongoing pain and it was suggested to take a medication which myself as a Registered Nurse knows is an S8 addictive drug.
And am then told that it is only a 10 minute appointment. However admit I was a few minutes late.
So then i refuse and make another appointment with another GP in the same surgery for a better line of pain relief medication but also an Ortho Referral to find the source of my pain.
I go to the Surgery for this appointment today, wait almost one hour to be told by the Receptionist that. ‘it shows here that you are already in that appointment’ whilst she taps away on the computer checking. I just left saying ‘don’t worry i have obviously been forgotten or not placed in the system’.
I then go home and try to call them to talk to them personally instead of a review. Three times with no answer I give up.

Great service all around. Reception is friendly and very up front about the fees and charges. Doctor Miller was very caring, calming and thorough

My work medical took 4 hrs, not the 2 hrs as advised. But this was probably due to having so many different sections to get through.. the practitioner that conducted the tests was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, the experience was good.
