Dr. Jess Liu is truly a rare gem. She combines confidence and decisiveness with compassion and patience. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she is also thoughtful and possesses a wonderful sense of humour. Her ability to communicate complex medical concepts in simple and logical terms put me at ease, and I genuinely trust that she has her patients' best interests at heart. My mum can’t stop talking about how great Dr. Jess is.

The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly, creating a family-like atmosphere. They address queries with a calm and efficient approach.

It’s always nerve wracking trying a new GP but it’s the first time I’ve ever walked into a practice and instantly felt calm. The staff there are so welcoming and warm, the doctor listened without rushing and was really thorough, as well as taking the time to explain why she wanted to do each test. The nurse was so friendly and kind. I cannot rate them highly enough. They have created such a patient-centred model of care and it is a really lovely clinic.
