I would like to say a massive thank you ,to two amazing young ladies , Emily and Georgia that were our midwives for the delivery of our precious baby McKenzie, they were amazing and i knew my partner was in good hands and made her feel safe, i could go on and on about how good Emily and Georgia done. We came to Nundah for Vaccination
The nurse were not really friendly, but grumpy I should I say.
It’s quite small facility for mothers who bring the strollers, and they complained to mothers who bring the stroller in. Funny

Administrative staff are always very friendly and helpful. More general information about what services are offered needs to be made readily available at the clinic. Mental Health department is of the usual standard in my experience however outpatients care could possibly be extended to less serious cases.

I must start with a huge “THANK YOU” !
I had been sick for a few days. Today (Monday the 22nd of October around 2 pm) I felt pretty sick. I was having this cough attacks and I couldn’t breath well. I was quite nervous and not feeling well. I googled nearest hospital and this place was the closet to me so I rushed there. I didn’t know that they didn’t have emergency room and were not equipped to assist me. HOWEVER the team at front desk did not hesitate to help me. The asked me to sit down and gave me sick bags, offered me water and called an ambulance straight away ! They were kind, proactive and gentle. Ambulance showed up and I was taken to the doctor. My air vents were stiff. Pretty bad spasm due to severe cough. That’s why I couldn’t breath properly. I got treatment and medication and I’m better now. THANK YOU !! I wish I know all your names to thank you personally !!! Being sick overseas and alone is not fun and you guys helped me without even knowing my name !!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH !! This experience humbled me and made so grateful. May the universe bless you all with peace, love, health and happiness! MUCHAS GRACIAS

We had our first appt with the infant feeding clinic this week. The nurse who saw us - Nicole - went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, answer all our questions and reassure us that we are doing a good job with our newborn. She was so patient, caring and genuine. She spent extra time with us and we both came away from the appt feeling so much better about the journey we are on. She also scheduled a follow up appt for us and checked in later the same day. I can’t speak highly enough of her and highly recommend the (free!) service. I found it better than any appts I have had with my private obstetrician.

The staff are friendly and helpful at appointments, it's a great centre, but what stops me putting a higher rating is the fact that it's hard to get information. The government does not keep things updated so it's hard to find out about vaccination clinics - where or when to find them. Also, trying to ring them but keep getting told opening hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, call back then, and then hung up on. Um, it's almost 9am Monday.

My wife came here for a review and the staff treated her awfully. They're incredibly rude and very unhelpful. She cancelled all future appointments here and doesn't want to come back.
