Dr. Mark is truly one of a kind! After dealing with an ulcerated skin issue (skin
cancer) for six months and seeing four different GPs who only prescribed topical
creams, he finally diagnosed it as basal skin cancer. His exceptional diagnostic
skills and meticulous use of his magnifier, like a true detective, made all the
difference.

Had a good doctors when I am residing in Yeppoon but I have to leave to move to Brisbane n it’s very hard to find a good caring doctors, I have been surfing doctors try to find a good one that cares n listens about my health issues, have one in Yerronga but I left because my husband n I have been living in airbnb, now I’m leaving Brisbane n I found excell medical center 16/A a spinal st. where Dr Mark Mehrzad work, in my own opinion he is the best doctor, a welcoming gesture makes you feeling comfortable, listens while your discussing your health problems, etc. and the staff at the front desk was so helpful and kind. need a Dr……? I will recommend Dr. Mark

###Zero Stars### We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Dr. Mehrzad Entezami at Excella Medical Centre, Nundah regarding vaccinations for my child. Despite providing detailed vaccination records from India, including proof of dates and batch numbers, the doctor refused to take the time to listen or review the information thoroughly. Instead, he dismissed my concerns with an unprofessional and arrogant remark, stating, "You are not doctors, and we are doctors. Let us do our job, not you."

Such an attitude is not only dismissive but also deeply disrespectful to a concerned parent who is simply trying to ensure the best care for their child. Vaccinations done in India were already up to date when compared with Australian standards, and I was only seeking a review and appropriate guidance. Dr. Entezami's lack of patience and unwillingness to engage in a proper discussion led to unnecessary recommendations for repeated vaccinations, which could have endangered my child’s health.

When I consulted another clinic and showed the same records, they confirmed that the vaccinations were indeed up to date. The other clinic updated the AIR (Australian Immunisation Register) without any issue and administered only the required vaccines, avoiding unnecessary duplication. This stark contrast highlights Dr. Entezami’s lack of diligence and his failure to provide accurate and patient-centered care.

Moreover, this clinic does not bulk bill, even for children, and charges patients at every visit without providing the quality of service expected. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will not be returning to this clinic.

I urge Dr. Entezami to reflect on his approach to patient interactions. Listening to patients and reviewing their concerns with care and respect is fundamental to medical practice. I have all the necessary evidence to support my claims and am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care in this instance.
