10/10 in every aspect. My mother and I have been going to this practice for over 25 years. Our main doctor is Dr Welsh, who is the most amazing doctor we have ever seen. We have on occasion seen other doctors and never had a problem. The clinic manager Fiona is the most amazing,caring, considerate wonderful person and runs a very professional practice. The reception staff and nursing staff are all amazing. I don’t know how anyone could have complaints.

I have never had a single bad experience here with any doctor. I would happily drive for several hours just to see Dr Sarah Cross. Plus, the last time I went here I wrote a Thank you letter to the new Doctor Tom Godfrey. My partner is autistic and Tom was just absolutely amazing with him. I could not recommend this Medical centre more to anyone. I would give it 100 stars on here if I could. Thank you so much to all of the team here at Everton Plaza medical centre. Keep up the fantastic work.

The reception staff are very rude either on the phone or in person. I thought it may have just been covid, but the rude attitude still exists today. Also $85 for a five minute phone call to get new prescriptions is a bit rich. I'll definitely be looking for a new medical practice where staff understand empathy.

I have been to a few different doctors around the area in the last few years, I always try to book in here if possible - sometimes they are booked out so I have to go somewhere else if urgent. I like most of the doctors here.

As many others have noted, the GP's and nursing staff at this practice are fantastic but the reception staff bring the rating down. I'm a GP receptionist myself and know how challenging it can be to deal with patient enquiries but it isn't a big ask to treat people with respect and kindness. My problem is not with the response I was given, it was the way it was given and it is incredibly disappointing. It is my suggestion that reception staff are briefed on communication and empathy because those are traits that should be inherent in receptionists but are clearly missing in some staff at this practice.

Having been a patient of Everton Plaza Medical for close to 30 years (since I was a child), I am eternally grateful for the amazing doctors and employees that work at the clinic.

Completely appreciate that some things like Bulk Billing are outside of the control of the clinic due to lack of funding from government.

Shout out to Dr Wride who is my regular GP for always giving professional and sound medical advice, and Dr Godfrey who is new to the clinic for being very thorough and compassionate.
