I was recommended to Dr Claudia Duke by a work colleague of mine and I have never looked back.
I have been a diabetic for many years and have had some horrendous doctors that will not even consider any of my other issues and have not given me correct information. This was actually getting beyond a joke.
Finally after seeing Dr Duke earlier this year, I have had the best experience with her. Not only does she listen to EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM, it’s not a hassle for her. She is 100 percent on the ball with everything (even asking me each visit how my dad is going) she’s been going above and beyond.
I wasn’t a fan of my dad’s current doctor so I convinced him to go with Dr Duke. It’s the best thing that could ever have happened. We are incredibly grateful for the attention to detail she has given us.
Also a HUGE shoutout to Renee (and the other lovely ladies on reception) who always make you feel so welcome!
If Dr Duke moves, I’ll move with her!

I’m rarely one for posting google reviews, but thought it necessary to take the time to write one for Dr Mackenzie Plath.
I am new to the area and clinic and am someone who has moved around quite a bit and seen a lot of different doctors, I couldn’t have been any happier with the level of service and genuine care he put into my consultation.
Even suggesting and organising further tests to look for underlying conditions, instead of just writing a 5 minute script to mask the problem.
Thank you Mackenzie, I believe I have found my trusted new doctor!

Dr Norris is the GP you’ve all been looking for. She’s warm, friendly, professional and goes beyond what is expected - this isn’t a prescription service, it’s comprehensive health advice. Would recommend to anyone with an interest in their own health

This has been our "Family Practice" for nearly 20 years. We feel confident in seeing any of the Doctors available, but we do have our favourites !! I am very grateful that our daughter has now found "her" Doctor at the Ashgrove Family Practice and is starting to build her own medical file with someone that she trusts and feels comfortable with.

Appointments are easy to schedule, and I've never had to wait long to be seen. The staff are friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure we are looked after. Communication is always on point.

I highly recommend Ashgrove Family Practice to anyone looking for a reliable, caring healthcare provider. They have consistently exceeded my expectations, and I'm grateful to have such a wonderful team looking after my family’s health.

I’ve just moved from the GC and looking for a new doctor. I called and asked if they could help me with what I desperately needed. The receptionist said she would find out. She got back to me and said yes. When I got into see the doctor she already knew why I was there due to my earlier enquiry.. I paid $90 to be told no they can’t do what i desperately needed. The receptionist should have told me when I called or before I saw the doctor and wasted time on taking time off work for. I feel so ripped off I will never go back I think people should know. I will take this post down if they do the right thing and refund my hard earned money. If I treated people like that I wouldn’t have a job. I think people should know, I wish I had been warned. It’s not like I didn’t ask first before I booked that’s why I called and asked so I wouldn’t waste time and money both are precious to everyone.

A truly family practice where doctors care about you. I have moved 30 km further but I am still attending this practice, thanks to Dr Meg Cairns. Highly recommended 😊

I have been seeing Dr Sturges-Britton for many years. She is the best GP I’ve gone to. Very thorough, professional and really makes you feel at ease. I have recommended her to my friends and they have found her to be wonderful too.

If you like to waste money book in here.

They keep charging, charging and charging with no solution to my health problem.
First consult over $110, still no improvement came back to be charged another$113. Sent for test then charged another $97 for a 5 min phone call to advise me of the results.I’ve seen the same doctor for same problem. Still no solution or plan moving forward. Just told to buy over the counter tablets which I was already using. $320 well spent on nothing.
