I usually love going here, however, today the receptionist was awful. What is more, she wasn’t wearing a mask when I entered the clinic and she told me I could take mine off. I asked her why she wasn’t wearing a mask and if I could make a written complaint about my experience this morning as my appointment for my babies 6 months shots was cancelled without proper notice. She told me she’s the bosses daughter and she’s the manager and there was no one else I could talk with.

It’s such a shame, Dr Lyndal and Nurse Lyn are amazing!!!

I found this awesome place through google. Linda White is such a lovely lady and an excellent GP and will be my go to doctor from now on. Even the reception staff are so nice and are always smiling and friendly. These people are good at what they do. Haven't been to a gp this good in a long time. Definitely would recommend

Great experience, friendly service and helpful medical advice. The staff are very friendly, doctors are even more friendly and have a deep sense of care for you as their patient. Payment options are helpful and their online book service is second to none. They provide support for private health, public health and DVA White/Gold card holders.

I got in to see Dr Richard Wong on late notice on Monday afternoon with severe tonsillitis. Dr Wong was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I felt well looked after. And while my condition deteriorated he was constantly reviewing me and updating with results and planning. Could not fault the care I received at all. I will be back again.

This use to be a good medical centre... Before when they had doctors. They have hardly any doctors anymore, and the ones they have leave so fast. It's gone downhill so fast.
