I recently moved to this area and went to this pharmacy because it is convenient. I've kept going back because the staff are friendly, helpful and quick. They've had everything I've needed in stock and at the same prices as chain stores. They were also really caring when I got a booster shot.

Ben & Nicky are a breath of fresh air! I have been longing to have that “family feel” pharmacy experience and I now can have that with this great couple! They’re located right on-site at the Radius Medical Centre, they deliver personalised care and service with a smile and I can get all my medical needs seen to under one roof! Ben and Nicky are both lovely people who care and I get all my compounding medication as well as my Webster packs. I am so thrilled they’re here for us! Saves time and money while knowing you are getting the most trusted advice. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Today I witnessed another customer refer to the lovely team here as Goddesses and along side making me chuckle it struck a cord of deserved and needed praise. Leaving names out so as to not exclude anyone, I have been collecting private prescriptions from these wonders for some years now and they could not be any more helpful, accommodating and compassionate. Always a please to deal with and will go out of their way to ensure I have the best service experience possible. All that with some friendly chatter and fries.

They are so professional, helpful and are just a really friendly team. Penny is lovely and shares it around to everybody. At the same time Penny relates in a delightful down to earth fashion to her staff and customers.
It is quite a pleasant experience going there.
A lot of chemistry goes on in this pharmacy.

Fantastic chemist, everybody who has helped me are always very friendly, helpful and patient. I can't say enough positive things about my interactions.

One of the things I love the most about going here, is how happy the ladies are and Penny is always able to assist with my many questions and requests.

They even go the extra mile and if I am away and forget my tablets, they will assist in transferring scripts for me.
