If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. Aside from an exceptionally compassionate and dedicated reception team, if you are seeking mental health support in any capacity, especially serious support, I strongly urge you to go literally anywhere else. If you ever need a hospital admission, this clinic will not help you. They will actually hinder your ability to receive care, especially due to the reputations of their treating psychiatrists within the hospital and psychiatric communities. Angelo has lost admitting rights to every single private hospital in Brisbane - and with good reason. If you're hoping to receive new, progressive mental health treatment options, there are far better doctors and clinics here in Brisbane with the capacity to support you who prescribe the same drugs, but administer them with more care. Dr Angelo is incompetent at best, negligent at worst, and you will not make progress under his care. The internet is full of praise for his 'promising' and 'successful' research and treatment options but this information is entirely false. Old reviews suggest he may once have been a good doctor who successfully treated patients, if that is the case, he's no longer the doctor he once was. His caseload is full, and his arrogance and insistence to prioritise international patients paying top dollar for his treatment means your care will never be a priority to him. His standing in the psychiatric community is controversial for a reason, and there are better, more competent doctors who can offer these same treatment options in a more clinically effective way. They will take your money gleefully but they will not give you help. If your mental health is important to you, avoid this clinic at all cost and seek a treating team who is genuinely compassionate and invested in your well-being.

Angelo de Giovanni is the best psychiatrist I have ever been to .
And I had seen plenty since 2001.
No one else has managed to change the way I perceive my life and give me the tools to grow and save my relationships with my family his ways are totally different to every other doctors I had seen I an a 58yr old who seen doctors since 2001.They just give you meds and listen to your problems Angelo listens and gives you the tools to understand your and a way to fix them HE CHANGED MY LIFE and saved my marriage and I thank him for that.

A five star rating does not even come close to describing the quality of support I have had from Dr Angelo De Gioannis and Dr Louise Hale and their team. Their knowledge, professionalism and bedside manner are all faultless. I consider my opportunity to access their support a rare privilege indeed and one that I am immensely grateful for. A team of genuinely great people doing all the right things for all the right reasons.

Dr Angelo and his team have been of great service to my state of mind. Without his help the chronic pain and the depression that I have suffered from for over a decade would have spiralled completely out of control and I couldn't imagine how much worse off i would have been without his help.

Dr Angelo is a menace. This incompetent neanderthal is a complete waste of money and time. He does nothing but insult and belittle you, with zero treatment outside of prescriptions. If you are looking to get the nudge to commit suicide, then he is your man. "Your Healthy Mind"? Would be more suited as "Your Toxic Mind"
