Used to be such a nice clinic until Dr. Prasad passes away. You need to make the Dr. Singh happy before she kicks you out! She is the one who needs to be served by patients. If you need to find someone patient centred services, find someone else. Be aware!

I considered Dr. Prasad a good man, and a good doctor, and it was very sad to learn of his passing early this year. I knew him to be always considerate, professional, and hard working.

It felt natural to expect that the doctors who were taking over his patients would be good too, but this is sadly far from the case. The first doctor I saw after Prasad's death looked stressed and tired, and I didn't connect well with him at all. To be fair, perhaps he's a decent doctor but he totally failed to develop any rapport with me that day, and so I decided to see Dr. Singh next time.

Dr. Singh was impatient, rude, and confidently gave me false information. She didn't believe what I was saying about my condition, interrupted when I tried to explain things (and got frustrated with me for not answering her questions when she'd just interrupted my doing so), and then told me totally false advice about getting vaccinated for my trip to Sri Lanka next month.

The kind receptionist - who really is a kind lady, and someone I would be very happy to deal with again - gave me the manager's email.

I sent the manager an email explaining my concerns about Dr. Singh. After a week there was no reply, so I called and the receptionist said she'd prompt the manager about it. Two days later, there was still nothing so I sent a follow-up email, and said I had a mind to alert the ombudsman to the incompetence and awfulness I'd experienced, and she replied saying she'd referred me to the owner.

I'm not surprised I haven't heard from the owner. I would've thought this an issue for the manager, not the owner, but her passing the buck explains a great deal about what's happened to the place since Dr. Prasad passed on.

I can only imagine he'd be distraught that this is his legacy. What a dreadful thing to have happened here. I hope this place rapidly declines and disappears before his name is further corrupted.

I have ongoing medical trauma due to the absolutely despicable treatment by Dr Prasad. Practice manager and owner did nothing and seem happy to be complacent with bad behaviour. I had a serious health issue and I was treated with zero care or followup.

Prasads medical centre has the best doctors which is a rare thing these days. It's not just the doctors though, every one at the centre treat you in a very professional manner. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by a very caring and professional person at the desk, regardless of who is working that day, they are all wonderful relaxed people. I am so happy with the treatment I receive from reception to doctor that I travel a 50 kilometre trip so that I can get the most thougher up to date treatment not only for me but also for my wife and our two boys . Their professionalism is beyond reproach. Definitely a recommendation from me for you to see this team if you want to stay on top of being healthy. Thank you to all at Prasads J.D.

Staff at Prasads Medical Centre are excellent. The front desk staff listen to your concerns and organise appointments accordingly. Always professional and pleasant to everyone. This is a busy practice and certainly well worth a visit. We have been going to this practice for 20 plus years

The Prasads Medical Centre has been our family Doctor for 42 plus years. My Autistic son has been attending this practise all his 16 years of life. The Reception staff are very welcoming. All the staff go above and beyond for us and I wouldnt go to another Medical Centre. A+

Arrived to very amazing reception staff. Only to be seen by a doctor who couldn’t have really cared how much she upset me while I was in her consult room. Very uncomfortable first impressions. Had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time as well.

Absolutely love this Medical Centre and so do my 3 children. Staff are polite and Doctor's are professional, knowledgeable and don't rush you through your appointment. The Nurses are amazing at immunisations, don't feel a thing.
