I have been a regular patient of Albany Care Medical since about 2017 and See Dr Prasad, as I saw Dr Gardiner before him. I see the doctor regularly and he is almost always on time, efficient during his appointments but never rushes me, taking the time needed to answer all my questions. I feel well cared for by the nurse, reception staff also, who have always gone out of their way to help when I've called with any kind of issue. I'm grateful that I found a caring family medical practice for myself and my daughter.
