Lovely and clean center. The admin staff and nurses are always very friendly and helpful. My Doctor, Dr Lonia Pentinio, has always made me feel heard, respected and safe. I will not be eating an apple a day to keep the doctor away ;-).

Dr Joseph has been our family GP since 2015, He always goes above and beyond. I suffer with some very complex health issues that most doctor's run a mile from but not Dr Joseph. He doesn't leave one stone unturned to always get the answers needed. He's been beyond exceptional with my children as well, He's so understanding of children with special needs etc. The clinic as a whole is wonderful. Dr Celeste practice owner is also a wonderful family GP.

Disgusting service !!!
I made an appointment on the 8th of November to get a skin check done with Arlyn. The appointment was for the 22nd of December. I made it well in advance knowing how busy the clinic would be at this time. I even confirmed the appointment on the 20th of November. I received a phone call today asking me to reschedule the appointment to January because Arlyn didn’t want to conduct a skin check on this day. Why wasn’t I told this when I first made the appointment or when I rang to confirm? I couldn’t reschedule the appointment so I had to cancel it all together. Too bad that I’m actually concerned about something on my skin.

Since moving to Townsville for health reasons in April 2016, we have found the staff and Doctor's of the Avenues family medical practice outstanding!.
They give the utmost of care to all members of our family. Dr Joseph Villaruel, has been especially great! From communicating with 4 of my specialist Doctor's at the Townsville Hospital and even further afield to working, not just for my treatment but for the health and well being of my whole and extended family. We simply could never find enough words to express our gratitude for this wonderful practice. From the Dr's to the nurses and the office staff, we couldnt recommend this practice any higher.

Have been coming to the Avenues Medical Centre for over 10 years have always come home feeling I have been treated with care and listened to by Dr Arlyn she is the most caring Doctor I have ever been to and thankyou also to the the lovely girls on reception who always make me feel welcome 😊

Dr joseph is amazing, with myself husband and daughter . My daughter is his number 1 fan, if she becomes a dr its gonna be all thanks to him. (She is 3) 😂
