Scheduling is useless, I came in 15 mins before my appointment and 2 hours later I’m still waiting. The kicker is that no one is here and I’m still waiting.

I had a referral and a health care plan from my doctor. I attended this organisation once a week for about two months. I trusted my Mental Health Worker, I liked her very much, she made me feel like I was safe and gave me the opportunity to open up. One day I showed up to my appointment and was told she had taken leave and that I should have been notified.
I ended up seeing a substitute counsellor, I was asked to fill out a Mental Health Assessment and I was dropped.
I was vulnerable and this organisation made me feel worse!

No age limit. If you have felt rejected in the system or been ignored by health professionals, these guys will find the right fit and make it happen. It’s not fair to live in pain without support.

They’re open late at night too and will take you in regardless of baggage. There is a pet room, kitchen, and family room; they cater for any situation.

Holistic, wholesome and thorough service. No problem too big or too small. Just say hello (or walk in the doors if that’s what you can muster) and you will be welcomed and genuinely listened to.

Worst place I have ever been to to get help I was not taken seriously with my meantal health and was dissed when I had tears in my eyes will not recommend this poop hole to anyone there are better places who provide better services. This was appalling and sad I feel sad for people who come here for help and have to go through more trauma even trying to get help
