Not even worth one star, but you must leave one to post. No consistency in care and the after care I received after having a stitch left in my chest was terrible, and after months and months of investigations they would not accept liability and blamed staff who no longer worked for them. I would not feel safe to return or recommend this surgery to anyone. Their care factor was zero in my opinion.

Somehow they always manage to run behind at least an hour, so be prepared for that. the time management is shocking and distressing to parents with young children who have to sit and wait with sick kids who don’t want to be there, what’s the point in booking an appointment time when you still have to wait an hour. Needs improving.

Have had awful experiences with doctors wanting you in and out ASAP despite waiting an hour with an appointment. Dr Stella Omache fought to get me a diagnosis. I cannot recommend Dr Omache and her standard of care enough.

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. During a general medical appointment that was not related to my pregnancy, my doctor incorrectly claimed a Medicare item number meant for managing pregnancy. This mistake meant I couldn’t receive a rebate for the fee I paid to my private obstetrician, as the item number had already been used. Leaving me out of pocket a lot of money due to not being able to claim the rebate because of the GP incorrectly claiming it.

I made countless calls and sent numerous emails to the clinic, receiving little to no response. Initially, I was told the issue was being rectified, but when I followed up with Medicare, I learned that it was still unresolved. The lack of communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Given this experience, I will not be returning to this clinic or recommending it to others. I hope they take these issues seriously and improve their service in the future.

Possiblity of being the worst doctors in town, they like to waste your time and don't even give a diagnosis before recommending another doctor because they have little to no skill in being a doctor!!! Horrible place wouldn't recommend taking anyone not even a dog there .

For a bulk billing service, these guys are awesome!! Friendly staff. The doctors I have seen have been thorough. I appreciate them.

I left feeling distressed and uninformed. I was not provided appropriate documentation. I called the clinic to rectify the issue and I was told that I'm supposed to tell and inform the GP what documents the GP is required to give to me... I'm not sure if the clinic is unable to assist or unwilling to assist me as their patient. I would recommend others to seek medical attention from an alternative clinic. I would not recommend this clinic to any person. Based on this experience.

I have two kid with high needs medically, we moved clinics after getting two misdiagnoses at another clinic. The clinic staff have gone above and beyond to help in a difficult situation and Dr Gul has checked on us to ensure both kids are getting the correct treatment. Feels like a family doctor not a clinic.
