My doctor who saved my life moved to this medical center I tryed to book an appointment because they are my pre existing doctor and I was rejected because I am white imagine for a second if any health care company reject
An indigenous person. Absolutely pathetic
I would put 0 starts but google won’t let me

The receptionist in the main clinic was rude, the building was filthy( food scraps on the floor/table, grimy the chair was sticky ) transport driver was rude to everyone that wasn't dark skinned. Mums and bubs clinic is beautiful though and the staff are always nice.

Can never get a decent appointment date. Always seems to be booked out for 2 weeks ahead. Frustrating. Reason why I don’t go anymore.

I am very satisfied with the taihs crew and staff always make me feel welcomed and they always make you feel good in any situation good or bad the doctors are always spot on and the admin are always nice I always do walk ins after 2 pm it's always a long wait but it's worth it taihs staff keep up the great work you all do for us mob in Townsville 👌👍

I think it's rediculous that people need a referral from the doctor to see a dentist. Should be able to have walk ins for indigenous Australians who are suffering. Very disappointed with this service
