Came to click and collect my order, went pick up my item, inquired for other missing items being treated rudely and the one big gal staff argued with me like I was in the wrong to inquire a “ common sense “ question. Another staff apparently her friend stood next to her, looked at me up and down, talking rude to me. Well if you never done a click and collect order and didn’t know how is that works then you need to shut up and find someone who knows better instead of arguing with me trying to making some sense that you don’t even know.
I will never come back, FIY, if you inquired a missing item especially English is your second language, they will treat you like an idiot. Holy shit I came to purchase stuffs not be get abused by staffs. Where is your custom service?

Rang up to have stock put aside for an item that doesn’t require a script because I needed to head to work. The gentlman told me his house rule of no we won’t give it out, profiling me with the misusers. So now I’m going to be late to work and need to drive to a different pharmacy 🙂

Ordinary hair serum for hair growth.. multipeptide serum was out of stock for more than a couple of weeks. Customer service was good enough but I wish if they make ensure all the products are in stock.

A very dark skinned friend looking for foundation, needing some boost in her self esteem today was treated with attention and care. Jo, staff member, paid particular attention to detail in not only sourcing the exact match! For the first time in my friends life!, but she went above and beyond my friends past experiences in her warm friendly customer service. Giving her samples and applying some on her face..the result? Total satisfaction!
Not only will she come back here but also will bring her uni friends and family..

Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. All the staff are very friendly but Jo is absolutely fantastic, she has such a vast knowledge of cosmetics and skin care, beautiful warm personality and so patient with my children. This is my go to chemist because of her. Thank you again for wonderful service.

Went in today to get some papers sign for super access and staff really didn’t care to help young man with dark hair was quite rude the way he spoke in front on customers. I was embarrassed will never go back again It takes nothing to be kind .
