One of the best moments on my pain relief story was having a friend recommended Setters pain relief! I live a long 5 hour drive from Townsville and had tried many different forms of pain relief. But I always found although they worked well at the time by the time I drove home it had all been undone. About 10 years ago now I found Benjamin and Cindy Setter. My life changed on that day. The instant and ongoing relief was amazing. Finally for the first time in years I could get home and still be able to walk upright. ( I have 3 fractured discs in my back). The gentle form of therapy was amazing. No yanking, crunching of bones or getting hit with a metal tool that I can only describe as a stun gun. It is a family atmosphere. Where you are made to feel at home, Relaxed and safe is a rare thing now days as opposed to the clinical practices elsewhere. Could not recommend this place more if I tried. Worth every penny! Will be back soon with any luck! Thanks Benjamin and Cindy!

I haven't see Benjamin in three years (moved interstate). I really did think it would have taken a couple of visits to release my tight neck and shoulders (the headaches have been awesome). But I walked out of his practice loose and tension free. I'm look forward to another visit.

I use Bowen therapy as a whole body adjustment and it works for my body. I recently put my back out and Mr Benjamin fixed it. He takes in to account how sore I was and worked my body accordingly. As my body responds to Bowen, at the time of therapy but continues to work hours and hours later, which is extraordinary in itself.

My recent visit created buzzing in my legs and feet. They would just not stop.
I have had a shooting feeling up and down my groin area.
I love Bowen therapy and would encourage anyone who is hurting, both physically and mentally to give it a go.

When it felt like I didn't know where else to turn to get help I found Benjamin at Setter's Health Centre. I felt like I had tried everything and nothing was giving me the kind of relief I needed. After years of having back pain and seeing physios and comeing out of a physio session still in pain. I decided to go see Benjamin Setter who has been in the industry for over 27yrs my first session with him i walked out with no pain and more movement in my back. Im a cleaner so i need my back fuctioning and in top condition. Will always reccomend Benjamin to anyone who hasnt found the right therapy for pain relief.

I have had the pleasure of using the services of Setters Health Centre now for many years. Being a Very active person that was always running around after kids who did sport (to a high level). I also am an proud indigenous female motorcycle mechanic that has run her own business for the last ten years. Being under those types of stress not just physically but mentally as well, Setters has been one of my permanent 'go to' methods for keeping myself balanced and moving. I cannot thank them enough for all their assistance in keeping me moving.

Benjamin is a god send! Benjamin has worked on my broken body for 10yrs now. Originally working with sports massage once a week while I represented Australia and then switching occasionally into Bowen therapy to fix any out of place problems. 100% would recommend Benjamin at the drop of a hate, he is a legend!
