I've been going to classes here for almost a year and I love it. I started off with a shoulder injury and knew yoga would help. I practice at home and thanks to Cass's amazing support and guidance my ability has improved and so has my shoulder and overall strength. I can't recommend these classes enough. Such a warm and welcoming environment and community being created here.

I am so happy to have found Earth and Sky Yoga after a friend's glowing recommendation. Due to the physical nature of my work, a strong and healthy body is fundamental. Since joining lessons with Cassandra, I have a greatly improved physical condition and resilience to daily physical stresses. I have also begun addressing long-standing physical issues, which is further enhancing my overall quality of life. As a 39 year-old man with no formal experience with yoga, Cassandra has demystified a complex discipline while gently guiding my development. Cass's classes have been literally life altering for me. My body feels younger and stronger, more flexible. The classes have also helped me a lot with my mental health and unwinding. I didn't realise how much tension I was holding in my back and shoulders. Cass is a great teacher - relaxed, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
