Can’t recommend Rachel enough!!! I’m extremely grateful to be under her guidance! Super knowledgeable, understanding and supportive.

Had been wanting to transition off the pill for a while but was super nervous. Rachel provided me with the knowledge and tools on how to and how to take care of my overall health and wellbeing and am now the best possible version of myself thanks to her I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent practitioner. Rach is one of the most professional and knowledgable practitioners I have been able to work with, both as a colleague and subsequently as a patient. She is kind, empathic and compassionate and enthusiastic. I don't believe there has ever been a time where she has been unable to recall complex hormonal information and how it is linked to different biochemistries, supplements or herbs, and is solutions focussed. I highly recommend her to any woman suffering from endometriosis or hormonal issues and disorders.
