Team were awesome getting me a same day appointment! Such a difference to the struggle to get to see someone in Bowen. Dr Andy was really thorough and helpful.

The reception staff and nurse were wonderful, but my experience with Dr. Ali was disappointing. He was rude, judgmental, and made me feel like an inconvenience. I waited over an hour past my appointment time while he attempted to contact my regular GP, despite me offering my specialist’s phone number, which he chose not to call. I have two chronic medical conditions that he failed to address, and I ultimately left without any treatment because I had to return to my cruise.

If you're traveling with chronic health issues and need an understanding compassionate doctor, I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

Reception staff were welcoming & very helpful, doctor was the same & very thorough also made sure we understood everything she went through before leaving, it was our first visit but felt like we had been going there for years, will now be our regular place to go

Doctor was absolutely clueless, offering to hand out random medication instead of doing tests. Also looking things up on his phone and being vague. After looking through other reviews I absolutely believe it was Dr. Ali.

Wouldn’t let myself and friend ask questions regarding diagnosis
He treated us both with so much judgement and like we were stupid. Would go to hospital and sit in emergency before I saw him again.

I came in today and honestly I have to say huge thank you to everyone I saw! I am currently traveling austrialia is a new country to me and I needed to get treatment for something.
I felt that they were the only place that has taken me seriously. From keeping calm and reassured!

So this a massive thank you to the doctor and all the nurses I saw today!
