I attended a sound bath here while pregnant, and I was deeply impressed by the staff's care towards me. This was my first time visiting.

After the sound bath, the staff made sure I had eaten and drank before leaving and even offered me something to eat for the way home as I had a 30 minute drive at the end of the night.
Their thoughtfulness and attention to my health and needs from the ladies working here made the experience even more wonderful. Highly recommend to go for a visit or workshop while pregnant.

I highly recommend Victoria and the team at Embrace Wellness ! I have used a range of their services including their Australian oils, services and healing workshops. On recommendation I purchased the Artho Balm for my elderly mother for chronic rheumatoid arthritis in her hands - the reduced swelling and reduction in pain was remarkable!! My teenage daughter also had ear candling at the centre and was made to feel welcomed and cared for. A professional Heart centred team that will review and advise you holistically.

I have been using Embrace as a venue to run my events for the past year and i have found Victoria and her staff to be incredibly helpful, a delight to work with, and super helpful. The space is clean, both physically and energetically, and the room i use is awesome! Victoria is super helpful, offering assistance setting up, and they are great at promoting my events for me to generate bums on seats, as the saying goes! The Hub seems to have a great community attitude,, one of “helping others”. It doesn’t just seem about making money, rather about building community and genuinely helping those in need. I don’t have a bad word to say about the place and to anyone considering approaching them to rent space, I’d say go for it. Their hire fees are reasonable, they work with you to make your event a success, and they are kind! You can’t have too much kindness in this world! Thanks ladies for all your help over the past 12 months - i can’t wait for another 12 months at your space! Thanks for all that you do for the community.

The Embrace Wellness Hub in Kincumber is such a special place. I rented this space for some Pilates classes, it’s a beautiful, big space.

The shop has the most beautiful, clean, safe products for a healthy lifestyle. My daughter was so excited when given some free crystals!

The staff and the owner of the shop go above and beyond to help ones needs.

Central Coast Hypnobirth

We have been blessed to teach our Hypnobirthing classes from the Kincumber Wellness workshop space for nearly two years. The venue is a practitioner and facilitators dream, encompassing a huge welcoming workshop space, easy access to tech for power point presentations, a separate chill out morning tea space and awesome kitchen facility and also easy access to parking and holistic food options. The staff and team at Embrace have supported us and our classes so kindly and enthusiastically, we highly recommend the venue and the hub to facilitators on the Central Coast.
