My experiences here taught me one good lesson, you dont need to be smart to be a doctor, you only need to be smart to be a competent one. Dr. Muhammad Nurul Hussain is very rushed, dismissive, inpatient, unprofessional and rude. I've had him a few times and he has been terrible to interact with. However, receptionist was pleasant. Im not sure if the other doctors share the same poor attitude as Dr. Hussain but if you are going to book an appointment here, try not to have him. As someone who works in healthcare and has dealt with many doctors before, this by far has to be the worst experience I have ever had with one.

We have seen many doctor but the doctor muhammadNurul Hussain is the worst doctor we haveever seen , no proper english or explanation, mumbles his words , when he advised to see a specialist, specialist advised that We will be able to get the report from the doctor, when we saw him again in regards of the report he refused to give a copy of it and he said that he has no right to give it while it is not the truth, lefting me not understanding the whole situation especially when he has bad communication, and made me think that something wrong with meand drive me.
Rang the specialist, a lovely lady at the reception laughed at what the doctor had said to me and could not understand why the doctor refused to give me my report !!
She asked for my email and immediately sent me my report and then I had to understand my health issue!!
Do not recommend for serious issues with this doctor

The receptionist at this clinic is very friendly and welcoming, proactively helping patients (including myself) and asking if I feel unwell, which makes me feel very warm. The doctor quickly prescribes the right medication, and after taking it, my symptoms were completely cured. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the service at this clinic. Highly recommended.

Receptionist are lovely, drs not so much. I've seen multiple drs at this clinic. They have been very rude and not listened. I had a blood test at a smaller pathology which the drs didn't have access to the resul (my bad won't do that again) but I was accused of not having the blood test. I asked for another form to get it redone, refused. Came back for script refill, dr got angry that I had not had this blood test. I really tried. No compassion what so ever! 2 stars because the receptionist are always amazing and pathologist was good.

Staff are very friendly and competent. Dr Islam has a wonderful bedside manner and displays great empathy for his patient. Highly recommend.

Dr Houssain had zero interpersonal skills and seemed fed up as soon as I walked in, so I ended up actually walking out mid-appointment.
The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because the receptionist was actually very nice, helpful and understanding.
Wouldn’t recommend, won’t be going back.

Dr. Muhammad Nurul Hussain gave him a very bad review. His attitude was terrible; I told him about my condition, but he showed no concern at all. Extremely unprofessional.

This is just my experience so each to their own.

1. I'd like to make a note that the lady at the reception was very nice, lovely and efficient.

2. The doctor I had however, was not. He was very dismissive and seemed eager to rush me out the door. I was in there for maybe a minute, if even that. I had scheduled the appointment to address two concerns: an infection and obtaining a medical certificate for a cold that I still have to this point. After looking at the infection for all of 2 seconds, he said yup it's infected and prescribed antibiotics, fair enough. However, when I tried to discuss the medical certificate for my cold, he didn't listen and assumed I needed it for the infection. After trying to explain that I needed the certificate because I had informed my workplace of my sick leave due to a severe winter cold, he bluntly refused, saying, "I am not giving you a medical certificate, you don't need it." This dismissive treatment was not what I expected, especially after reading the positive reviews. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Thank you to the reception lady. To Dr.Muhammad, I hope the other people you saw that day were treated better than I was because I won't be seeing you again.
