Dr Jao is super efficient and friendly. He was especially patient with my two crazy kids jumping around his office. The woman on reception was also very patient and warm. Thank-you. We'll be back for sure.

I have never visited this practice before but was very happy with my consultation with Dr Jao. I felt he did a thorough evaluation of my symptoms asking lots of questions, checking temp, ears, throat etc. There was a 30 wait for my appointment but that’s the norm at every drs these days. Yes I would recommend going here and being bulk billed is a bonus.

Friendly practice with chinese doctors who speak cantonese, mandarin and english. Pleasent helpful reception staff. Not a hectic crazy overloaded clinic. Only 2 doctors ...Dr Conrad Is one of the best diagnostic doctors ive experienced. Very calm and doesnt rush your appointment. He is very good doing all tests to get yo bottom of issues. Great with children of all ages too. My Family have been seeing him for over 20 years now at different practices!

I'm absolutely disgusted and frustrated over the fact that my doctor LEFT THE PRACTICE AND WENT HOME, while I was left in a procedure room with 5 acupuncture needles in my leg and foot and a heat lamp on my shoulder. They totally forgot I was even there. The entire practice was closed up, music off, lights out and I heard the doors locking. I started making noise with my keys because I was too scared to move with needles in me. I heard footsteps running to my door before who i presumed was a nurse came in and apologised for running behind and telling me I was the last person there. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning and will be reporting the incident to the health ombudsman.

*Note: I did not wait around for 20 mins in my car. In fact, I have dashcam footage to prove that I left almost immediately after making a call. Your nurse informed me that the doctor was no longer there and regardless of whether he was or not, it doesn't change the fact that there was NO communication from the doctor once he left the room after putting the needles in. I was told that I would be checked on. There was no questioning about the treatment after it was done. There was no contact with the doctor to address the questions I had regarding further treatment. It was extremely unprofessional to leave me without any clarification on next steps or after care advice.

Had an iron infusion done here for the first time today. Dr Welson, the nurse and receptionist made the entire process so comfortable and hassle free despite being quite busy with the constant stream of patients coming into the clinic. They even offered chocolate because I hadn't eaten lunch and was hungover. Thanks to the team for a great experience 👍👍👍

I needed to do a commercial drivers medical and they fit me in at the end of the day. Great doc and great receptionist. Will definitely using this service again.
