I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over four years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I requested a simple signature for my citizenship paperwork—a process that many other doctors accommodate without issue—they refused outright. This lack of support, despite my long-standing relationship with the clinic, shows a complete disregard for patient care and loyalty. I no longer feel valued as a patient and cannot recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate or supportive healthcare.
They know me very well, and I have a very long history with them.

Consistently 40+ minute wait times. Not just once or twice. I've been 4 times now and every time I have to wait 40+ minutes.

If you value your own time go to the other place down the road. They might be convenient because they're next to Woolies but you still have to wait 40+ minutes longer than your appointed time.

Here to write a review for Dr Bryan Wong as he is the best doctor I've ever had! So patient, kind and understanding. Such a fantastic doctor that truely LISTENS and CARES. I recommend him to absolutely everybody, especially if you've had issues with doctors previously. He will restore your faith in humanity! Thank you Dr Bryan. I travel over 40 minutes each way to see him at this clinic. Always worth my time!

When my GP Practice of nearly 10 years refused to see me until January 2023 (Today is the 16th December 2022) when I was in serious pain with my hip and leg, Acacia Ridge Family Practice squeezed me in to see Dr Wong as a new patient to their practice! I was seen same day, sent off with a referral for an X-Ray and Ultrasound all in one afternoon. The ladies on reception were wonderful and couldn't be more helpful as the next day I was back with the results of the examinations and then was on my way again to get some treatment for the problem. Very happy with their overall service and support!!

I have been served by two doctors, with very different attitudes. One positive, the other negative.

Dr Lama is a kind, gentle and patient listener, who works WITH patients to arrive to treatments that best fit their needs. She does so by asking in depth questions and encouraging your honest input. This creates a comfort of knowing you are not only in control of your own recovery journey, but being assisted in a respectful manner. She is a wonderful GP and I would highly recommend her to those struggling with their mental health.

On the contrary, Dr Emerson was far more concerned with himself than his patient. Meaning, he showed no compassion to the visible anguish his patient was in both mentally and physically, condescending with his answers despite being someone in a job paid to help people in need, continued to recommend a service despite being told it was something the patient was uncomfortable with, and he failed to not only ask important questions about the various symptoms, but stopped the patient when they tried to tell him the symptoms. It felt that the appointment, his PAID job, was an inconvenience to him. A nasal spray script for severe migraines, muscle knots, loss of appetite, joint pain, fatigue...? He's either unqualified or unwilling.

Never booking an appointment with Dr Emerson again. Dr Lama however, I will definitely be back for.

This practice is great- particularly Dr Manupa and Michelle the receptionist. Dr Manupa is always lovely and caring, and Michelle is so wonderful in looking after patients and showing care and empathy. I am forever grateful for these ladies at the practice. Thank you <3 Brittany

I see Dr Badrul mostly but have seen other Doctors when he is not available. Always had good experiences here, every doctor has been great... especially Dr Badrul, he's amazing, very nice and has such a good attitude and great manner. Grateful to have found such a wonderful Doctor so close to home

I have been seeing Dr Ho for over five years, and he is not just a skilled Gp, but a compassionate and kind doctors whose is dedicated to delivering person centered service to his patients.

I have seen comments on him, which are untruths and mostly from person's who repeat the same comments every other year. This is nothing but mere untruths, and an attempt at discouraging people from receiving quality service from a caring and professional doctor.
