I visited on 17/October Thursday early morning around 7am. I forgot the staff member’s name but she was extraordinarily good at taking my blood. Pathologists always had problems finding vein but she got it in one go and I didn’t feel a thing. Incredibly skilled staff. Best experience ever.

Fatima is absolutely wonderful. She is a very nice and professional woman with accuracy. But the other lady is not that skilled although she says “I have too much of experience” she did three punctures in my arm and couldn’t find vein and said “I couldn’t find veins because you are looking at the needle while I am getting blood!!” and in the end when we said we will do the tests at other QML, she behaved rudely. It is a best facility if you are lucky and fatima is there buy all the best of other lady is there.

Fatima is an absolute delight. She is very kind and professional. I love the way how she treated us. I am normally awful with blood tests and hate them as i pass out, but Fatima made this experience so much better for me and her care was phenomenal.

I always come here when I need any pathology testing done. There are two other pathologies in the centre but Saida always gives incredible service. Virtually pain-free blood draws, and she was so wonderful when I had to get some testing done for my little girl as well.

She's also more than happy to answer questions about the tests, since doctors don't usually explain too much. Knowing you can drop in and ask her anything and she will happily help is very appreciated.

If I could change one thing it would be to have slightly longer opening hours, but I make it work because I don't want to go anywhere else!

The pathologist here is not only the sweetest and friendliest ive ever met but also incredibly good at her job - I've always had trouble with blood tests because my veins drop and like to play hide and seek but this woman looked at my arm once, stuck the needle in once and filled 5 tubes, normally this would require atleast two different sites for me as my veins tend to stop quite quickly. I cannot recommend this pathologist enough!
