While the Doctors at this clinic are good, the reception staff really need to improve. They don't listen on the phone, they are slack and just don't care. I've had them miss following up on important medical information that could have caused issues for me. They're reception staff show no care. It's unfortunate because this could be a very good clinic if they had better admin.

Staff were both friendly and attentive and answered to all of my questions and concerns in regards to a rash I had on my back. Management could do with some work, however facilities were good and would say the experience was great in comparison to that of some other lesser medical centres.

This clinic was unable to see a potential child emergency?
I walked in with a bleeding child and was told that they could not take any walk in's for the foreseeable future by a very unsympathetic receptionist. Even though I am a regular at this clinic I was still told that they could not see me.
I was told to head to their sister clinic at Acacia Ridge as they had someone who could see me.
She then tried to waste more of my time by taking my all of details as I was trying to leave. Once I arrived at Acacia Ridge, they had no capacity to see me either meaning that the receptionist didn't even tell them that I was coming?

Edit: I received a thorough and professional response from the practice manager, who took full accountability for the issues we faced. I'll be updating the star rating from 1 to 3 to reflect that.

Disappointed: Knowing from past experience, I usually get seen 30 - 40 mins after my appointment time. I rang in beforehand to see how busy or backed up they were. Explaining that there's usually a 30 - 40 minute wait, asking "should I arrive on time, or delay my arrival"? They told me come on time... 40 minutes later... still waiting.

Dr Laila is a very good Dr. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Wait times at Algester Medical Ctr are never very long for getting appointment date or in waiting room. Staff are friendly and professional. Clinic very clean and organised. Been going here for about 15 years now.

Very bad experience. My son got flu wants to see the doctor. We arrived 9:00pm and was informed by the receptionist they are closed coz no patient. The opening hour is on the door close at 10. The close time is depends on whether they have patients or not. So please change your opening hour and let everyone know. Don’t waste my time!

Very un helpful Coustomer service not the first time we book for our client and always wrong booking and always not helpful to fix the problem and understand how hard For the staff every time to transfer client on wheelchair and they make wrong booking twice really unhelpful staff and so very rude too

Called up on a Monday booked in for Wednesday. Arrived Wednesday with no record of my appointment. I wouldn't waste time here. 3 staff behind in the desk - surely someone knows what they're doing? No.
