I had an appointment at 9, it was 9:30 and I was still waiting, I asked why they were delayed and the lady told me the doctor wasn’t even there yet. Totally disrespectful and they didn’t even told me at the beginning

Would give 0 stars if I could. I had honestly the worst experience I've had with a GP here (& I've tried quite a few in attempts to find a good one). I went looking for some support with my mental health & was put on a waitlist to see one of their psychologists. I waited 6 months while struggling with severe anxiety & depression, followed up multiple times with them to get an update & was met with no responses for a full 6 months. In that time, I went to another psychologist not on the mental health care plan while I was waiting until I couldn't afford it anymore. After following up again, they finally sent me a short email saying I wasn't eligible & that they'd tried to contact me to tell me, which they hadn't. They blamed it on the GP & booked me in for a general appointment with her to see if she could resolve it & I had to book multiple appointments because they left me waiting for 3 hours the first time. When I finally got in, I was told by Dr. Lisa that her recommendation to help with my mental health was to take a holiday of at least 3 weeks (a huge source of my stress was financial & this was unrealistic & not possible at that time) & she tried to give me unsolicited business advice which just felt really strange. She promised to follow up with further recommendations & never got in touch. I feel like my time was totally disrespected & my mental health concerns weren't taken seriously at all. Would not recommend anyone going to this GP.

This used to be a great place to help people who were vulnerable like refugees, asylum seekers etc, but lately they have hired people who knowingly will discriminate against people from other cultural backgrounds. Upon complaining this issue to their manager they seized the vital prescription support for my 84 years old father.
The word like humanity, assistance etc on their website are just are just used as logos for advertising purposes. There is actually no humanity inside the hearts of those running this place. Specially the boss of this place. Shame on them and I hope one day you or your own family will face the same Music to see how it feels to cut the life line medical support of a needy person just because his son complained about the rudeness, unprofessionalism of their staff.

I have finally found a great Doctor here after being wrongly diagnosed by a stupid Dr who didn't even do correct tests before giving me a drug I didn't need and in the long run affected my pancreas. My experience with world wellness has changed my health back to being normal. I have high regards for Dr Anna and any other Dr I have seen.

Unhelpful doctors who refuse to treat you if strangers near to you might be able to hear what you’re talking about on telehealth. Do not go here and particularly to Julie-Ann if you want supportive, collaborative and solutions based approaches to health, she will only do things exactly the way they used to be done

Friendly , professional and compassionate staff and knowledgeable medical team.
They all take time to listen to your concerns.
Their response to Covid-19 pandemic was highly professional in terms of responding to the patients needs.
WWG also provides much needed services for CALD communities in Brisbane.

Reception has no idea what they're doing.

They were given a script to fax through to a chemist, instead emailed it to the patient and told them to print it (which is illegal, no chemist will accept this).

They were called again, asked to fax to the chemist the patient was present at, told the patient that they'd do it immediately. They did not, they once again emailed it to them THE NEXT DAY and said they didn't know which chemist to fax it to despite being told.
Patient ended up being without medication for a week as a result and went to another clinic instead.

During covid times in which scripts are frequently managed this way id avoid a clinic that employs lazy receptionists.
